Low Season - 1st May to 30th June, 1st September to 31st October.
High Season - 1st November to 30th April, 1st July to 31st August.
During these times the price per week is from UK£595 / US$1025 plus Charlotte County taxes and other charges below.
Rates shown are for the entire villa and solar heated pool for up to 6 guests. However, we charge an additional UK£70/US$126 per week for each guest in excess of 6 persons up to a maximum party of 8 including children.
Special rates may be available for rentals of 4 weeks or more.
Cleaning - For all rentals there is a standard cleaning charge of UK£60 / US$100 per rental subject to the Booking Terms.
Optional electric pool heating during winter period - generally preferred during October to March, is UK£60 / US$100 per week.
12 % Charlotte County Taxes (effective from 1st April 2007) are chargeable on all rental, pool heating, cleaning and other charges.
Cribs, cots etc are available for rent. Please e-mail us for requirements and quote.
Handicap and wheelchair facilities are available for rent such as a lightweight folding wheelchair access ramp, shower chair and moveable hand grips

Booking Form and Conditions
Booking Form - If after receiving your specific quote and /or confirmation of availability of preferred dates or acceptable suitable alternative dates, you wish to make a booking: please download the applicable UK booking form or USA booking form and complete plus send the applicable booking deposit. For USA renters, please e-mail us for USA bank to transfer deposit.
