The villa is fully equipped, tastefully decorated and furnished to very high specifications, comprises:
Living Room / Great Room. Large open plan with sofas, cable TV, DVD and stereo linked to optionally operated speakers in the covered lanai. The lanai is accessed through full width 'vanishing wall' sliding doors.
Dining Area / Nook and Breakfast Bar with dining table, chairs and bar stools,. Sliding doors open onto lanai.
When the sliding doors of the Living/Great room and Dining Area /Nook are both fully opened, the living area and lanai flows seamlessly together.
Kitchen. Fully equipped, large refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, pantry, all cutlery, pans etc for all cooking needs, access to double garage with automatic door opener. A breakfast bar with stools is also provided.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and utility sink.
Large Master Bedroom with King size bed, suite and walk-in closet/dressing room, TV and en-suite master bathroom having his & hers basins, 6 ft tub and large walk-in roman shower. Sliding doors opening onto lanai.
Second Bedroom with Queen size bed and suite. Third Bedroom with twin beds and suite. Den/Fourth Bedroom having sleeper sofa and desk for computer work if needed and TV with built in DVD player.
Guest Shower Room between second and third bedrooms with purposely designed for direct and at all times main 'wet/damp' access from the pool area. Handicap access.
South facing Pool / Lanai area which receives sun from early morning to late early evening, is entirely enclosed with typical pool screen cage and has ample sun loungers, patio table and chairs. In addition, each side of the pool area has 6 ft fencing screen on the lot boundaries for extra privacy. Baby barrier for pool provided for extra safety. Optionally operated speakers linked to stereo in Living Room/Great room.
Directly backs onto a nature reserve from which a variety of bird life visits the rear garden along with other friendly creatures, providing lovely additions to the peaceful enjoyment of a very private location. The south facing rear aspect provides sun all day with shade in the lanai if required.
Sundries: All linen, personal and pool towels, hair dryer along with a small library of novels, CD's etc are provided. Two sets of golf clubs are available for free careful use on the numerous nearby courses, please email if these are required. In addition two adult bicycles are provided for free careful use with users repairing any punctures suffered during villa rental (puncture repair).
Golf package, providing unlimited golf a choice of 4 named great Rotonda courses for up to 2 persons available at very nominal extra charge per person per week. Only have to pay mandatory golf cart charge payable at chosen course. Please email for further details.

Children facilities. Available for hire at nominal rates are:- 2 sets of bed side rails for single beds, cot, high chair.
Provided at no extra cost is the the 4ft high pool barrier. Where children are in the party, this is erected prior to arrival unless given in writing as not required, and thereafter retention in position or removal of such barrier is at renters choice, responsibility and liability.
