A great Golf package available with the villa as an optional extra which allows unlimited golf for up to two villa guests on choice from four great Rotonda courses. Players and course can be varied each day and as many rounds as possible can be played per day varying each course if wished. Email owners for current rates. Golf clubs also for rent.
The villa is on an oversized lot of some 1/3 acre lot with a long rear garden directly backing onto a nature reserve. The location was specifically chosen because of the quietness and privacy, with the south facing pool not being overlooked. The adjacent photo shows the rear elevation with the large screened pool and lanai, taken from the back of the landscaped 90ft rear garden / yard.
The rear garden / back yard overlooking the nature reserve makes a relaxing ambience as one drinks sundowners after the chosen busy day at the beach, golfing or even the essential retail therapy.
Bird watchers and nature lovers will find a wide variety of birds and other wild life - some colourful birds have been seen to often visit the rear garden plus friendly armadillos, raccoons etc.
Villa Jasmar is located in Rotonda West, Englewood, on the beautiful Cape Haze Peninsular and only some 35 miles south of Sarasota on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The area is renowned for its beautiful sunsets and exceptional world famous beaches only some 15 minutes away.
Close by are many high quality golf courses, restaurants, shopping malls and a choice of large supermarkets with superb food and wine offering everything you could need for a family vacation at reasonable prices.
